Mitermatepro™ Miter Saw Stand - Mounting

  1. Set up the Mitermatepro™ miter saw stand in a convenient location
  2. Place your saw on top of the stand (the front of the stand has the Mitermatepro™ sticker) and line up the saw mounting holes with the holes in the stand deck (you may need to drill new holes if you saw has non standard hole spacing)
  3. Ensure that the saw deck is at least 4" above the stand deck. This allows the clamp crank handles room to turn. You may need to cut some plywood spacers to lift the saw up provide this clearance.
  4. Bolt your saw to the saw stand
  5. Adjust the clamping bars so they are 1-3/4" below the saw deck. This allows 1-1/2" for a plank and 1/4" clearance for adjustment
  6. The clamping bars should also be adjusted to hold the extension plank in front of the fence of your saw.
